Fifteen years on, the same approach has been refined and replicated to help build some of the most successful orthodontic practices in ANZ, the UK, Ireland, and North America.

Eligibility
Membership isn’t open to everyone.
That’s the point.
Spaces are limited by geography and profession. When a spot opens in your area, it won’t stay open long. We won’t work with practices that compete with our members. Because we believe that is the right thing to do. Simple as that.
Specialists only
TIO membership is exclusively for registered specialist orthodontists. Not general dentists offering orthodontics as a side service. Specialists only. If you've trained as a specialist, you qualify on this front.
Your area must be available
Every member receives geographic exclusivity. If a TIO member already covers your area, there is no spot for you, and we won't take you on. This is how we guarantee we are never working against our own clients.
We're in it for the long term
The average TIO member has been with us for 9.5 years. Spaces open rarely. We invest heavily in every member practice, and we look for practices that are serious about long-term growth, not a quick campaign.
